The poetries by Marianna Kiyanovska are dedicated to the memory of Babyn Yar. Marianna Kiyanovska is a poet, translator, literary scholar, and a member of the National Writers’ Union of Ukraine and the Association of Ukrainian Writers. The book reproduces the sketches of the unfulfilled Babyn Yar memorial by Ada Rybachyk and Volodymyr Melnychenko, Zinovii Tolkachov’s painting Taleskoten from his Maidanek series of artworks, and photographs from the Babyn Yar series by Dmytro Peisakhov.
